I found this yoghurt alternative in a Metro store today. It almost tastes like a high fat yoghurt with the same thickness and comparable taste. I like the fact that it has 11g of protein in a 3/4 cup serving. I can’t go crazy with it though since it also contains 12g of fat (coconut oil). The plain version doesn’t taste sweet.
