Any way , this is an aryuvedic herb. What it does is increase blood flow to the joints, that promotes healing. I discovered this years ago when I was getting my Holistic Health Certification from IIN. Anyway, at the time I was having shoulder issues. Started taking this and within 3 weeks my shoulder felt great! 🙂💜
