My favorite plant-based deli meat substitute. Great for sandwiches on any bread or roll, especially with a slice of vegan cheese, some seedy mustard, lettuce and sliced tomato. Very satisfying and quick lunch, picnic fare, just add fresh fruit and go! Also delicious on a grilled “cheese” sandwich!
