Honestly, nothing special about this burger. I liked that the bun was whole wheat and that there were cucumbers as toppings, but the patty itself didn’t really even taste like seitan. Additionally, the patty had rice in it (which I think is a sad filler for veggie burgers), and there was barely any sauce. I was really really hungry, so I settled on this, but I’ve had better burgers than this.
