This is the first time trying tempeh patty. It’s very soft and dry so I had to add multiple sauces to bring it to taste profile I like. To the person that might like burgers without sauces and habituated to the taste of tempeh this is good option as quantity is good and it’s filling. I will be trying tempeh from other sources but from vegan heat I will stick with burgers with bean patties.
