The burger is well seasoned, but has a rather soft consistency despite being prepared on the grill. If you only eat the patty, the taste is not so convincing, but on a real burger with a bun, salad and sauce, it tastes great. We had it as a sandwich with spelt toast, aioli, marinated grilled pac choi and BBQ sauce. Very tasty in this combination.
