This is the best canned jackfruit out there in my opinion.
What I like: one can USUALLY use the entire contents of the Native Forest young green jackfruit can in their dish INCLUDING the core and the seeds (which are more tender than other canned jackfruits). The jackfruit inside the (sodium free) can is oh-so-tender and packed in water, making it perfect to cook with after a quick rinse!
What I don't like: less widely available (which isn't their fault, as they are a smaller company and it's a niche product) and the small size of the can.
