Beyond Lomo Saltado no Mesa Fresca —Avaliação do woodvegan (25 de mai. de 2022)

After visiting Oregon Donkey Sanctuary NW we ate lunch at Mesa Fresca. They offer Mexican and Peruvian dishes. One of my favorite dishes as a child was Lomo Saltado which is traditionally made with beef, tomatoes, onions and French Fries with a side of rice. Thankfully Mesa Fresca makes a vegan version with Beyond meat! It's so tasty and reminds me of my mama's cooking. #oddmaninn
