Review of Vegan Breakfast Scramble at L’Herbanyste by greenp

A delicious breakfast/lunch/dinner/whatever you want it to be from l’Herbanyste. The plate has turmeric tofu scramble, roasted baby potatoes, avocado, sautéd spinach with garlic, roasted cherry tomatoes and sourdough bread. Everything was really good and was surely homemade and well prepared, but it all felt super simple -the kind of food you could make at home if you wake up feeling like a cook. A bit too simple for the price (175k), not to mention the ingredients are ‘just’ next to each other, there is no intention of creating combos that would take the dish to another level. Yet again, everything was really good. But if I were to eat here again I would likely go for their sweet treats instead, which seem more elaborated.
