Pictured above is one of Fogwood and Fig's special menu items: Buffalo Tempeh Sandwich. It was so deliciously spicy, but with the addition of vegan blue cheese it had the perfect balence. I also loved how they made use of tempeh instead of stetain or soy product. Most vegan "buffalo chicken" sandwiches I try are really tasty but rarely leave me feel like I'm indulging in something healthy and packed with protein like this sandwich did!
