The texture is okay, but in terms of taste I find it to be a bit bland. For the first piece I only put oil in the pan because I wanted to taste its flavor (Spoiler alert: It doesn't really have one).
So for the second one I added the Soffritto Seasoning blend from Trader's Joe and it helped a little bit although I did ended up dipping it in a garlic sauce.
Maybe it needs to be sauteed in a pan with lots of onions so you can have something to eat it with if you don't want to use a dip or a sauce.
