I’ve never had (dairy) goat cheese so I didn’t know it’s a very soft cheese. This vegan version was indeed soft and didn’t melt on pizza. But that’s ok. The cheese chunks on my pizza were still delicious and added a nice subtle flavour. Now I know what to expect with my other No-Goat cheese in the freezer. I’d get it again without any hesitation.
