It’s tofu, what more is there to say - although I tried using that freezer technique where you put it in the freezer for an hour and the texture was so good!!

priyalicious Before using it, it’s recommended to freeze it for 4-6 hours (after you cut it). It makes the tofu stronger, firmer, and spongier. It holds its shape better when cooked in stir-fries, hot pots, or soups, and loses its tendency to fall apart1 likeReply
