
Nearly $10 for a jar of pasta sauce is a tough sell. Not going in ny regular rotation, but was fine as an "I need dinner plus leftovers for tomorrow's lunch ASAP" option. Tossed it on pasta with soy curls and tomatoes (second photo). The pumpkin seed butter (second ingredient after wster) was a good texture but this is more oily than creamy (which makes sense as the third ingredient is avocado oil).

Update while eating microwaved leftovers: it's better on day 2, not as sweet and sticking more to the noodles rather than pooling at the bottom of the bowl.
