I was surprised to see a vegan option on the menu at this restaurant in Utah ! Surrounded by ranches with slaughter trucks outside of them 😡 but glad to see this on the menu. I’ve been going out to eat with low expectations and expecting to order sides, salads etc. but hey 2022 there better be some vegan options available !!
