Great as breakfast food or tacos ingredient. They are nourishing, have a clean ingredients list, tasty, a bit crunchy and firm food. They didn't taste starchy but we're firm. This is a good source of high quality protein and iron. You can eat them alone or in salad or tacos and the taste is fresh. These beans are a high quality breakfast food with no issues. The price was a bit high but they beans are imported. I'll buy these Bonduelle beans again.
