This Vegan Matcha Mole Japon taco at Kayo’s is just as delicious as it is original. It consists of grilled diced chashu tofu slathered in Kayo's unique mole poblano that features Matcha, and topped with pickled bell peppers and green onions. I would definitely order this again and recommend trying!
