We heard Terre A Terre was one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Brighton, so we went there to treat ourselves, and it met our expectations. Mostly everything is or can be made vegan, and everything we ordered was just amazing, starting by this light, comforting pea soup💚 served with focaccia and extra virgin olive oil (that got in my belly before getting in my camera roll🐷)
The soup changes daily (duh🤪) so make sure to ask if that day's option is vegan!
P.S: the name of the dish in the menu is actually "Seasonal & Scrumptious Soup", sorry!
