This Vegan Sausage pizza by Pizza Jerk is a deep dish pizza, or what their menu lists as “thick-pan crust.” It is to die-for! I absolutely love deep dish pizza, but it isn’t super easy to find around Portland, let alone being made with vegan ingredients.
This pizza consists of Follow Your Heart vegan mozzarella, house made cashew ricotta, vegan sausage, mushrooms, garlic & basil. I think they offer all of their pizzas as regular pan or thick-pan. The thick pans are a little more $ but so worth it. My partner and I ordered the 12” and it was more than enough since it’s so thick. I definitely will be returning here for more thick-pan!🍕
