I’m a little more at ease when I visit Indian restaurants. Naturally, they are the masters of vegetarian cuisine and also, just so happen to be the master of spices too. They literally are responsible for roughly 70% of the world’s spice production 🤓
It’s a nice aromatic rice with long beans, carrots, peas and, strangely enough, basil. I’m just not a fan. There may have been some curry leaves but if it did, it’s not enough. You may ask what how this differs from the Pulao, which is what I did the restaurant. The fact is… Pulao uses basmati rice. I didn’t think it would make that much of a difference but good grief. It did 😳
You’ll notice the side of, what seems to be, yoghurt which I did not partake. I advise everyone to make sure and double check at Indian restaurants. Y’a never know which next dish has yoghurt and such.
RM 10 for a rice portion large enough to share between 2-3 people. I also love that #indianfood is generally very economical 😜
I’d recommend the Pulao over the Briyani. But this Bombay restaurant chain will never fail you 👍 #veganindiancuisine always good
