Beignets are made from a flaxseed mill base into little dough balls that are deep fat fried, served hot, sprinkled with powdered sugar!!
They look light but they are perfectly dense mouth flavor bombs; crispy on the outside and soft texture on the inside; just a very light sweetness but oh so good!!
