
🥗 Time to time just wanna go back to local "desserts" and one of which is debatably... (is that a word?) The rojak! For some reason, Xuan Miao has this, not that I'm complaining. The cucumbers, apple, jicama tastes quite fresh, you tiao (fried dough) is quite chewy without much oily feeling. I'd say not too sweet and just balance with the savory. 😚
