This consisted of hummus, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and cucumber, plus avocado, on an everything bagel. The mix of creamy, flavorful hummus with the crisp fresh veggies went so well with the New York-style bagel, which has a light crunch on the crust, a chewy but not dense interior, and a malty richness. #saveveganrestaurants
