Veganized Dosa no abcV —Avaliação do Vikas Garg (23 de fev. de 2022)

Wow I wasn’t expecting to have a dosa at abcV but knowing that anything Jean Georges puts on the menu is worth trying we ordered this. It was amazing! I think I had 3-4 dosas on my NY trip and this beat out all of the Indian places I usually go to!!!

Crispy, perfectly thin and just thick enough, and served with avocado 🥑 and sprouts that made this dish so light compared to the way dosas are normally served.

Be sure to order this #veganized and they’ll swap out the yogurt for coconut yogurt.
