My favourite salad from The Salad Fork, and it is also available to order at The Soup Spoon Union at Tampines Mall 🥗

It comes with locally grown kale from Sustenir, tomatoes, quinoa, corn, mushrooms and shredded carrots with pesto dressing (it doesn't come with egg, that was something I added on). Togarashi is usually sprinkled over it but I request for it to be removed as I don't like spicy food.

I like the variety of add ons I can have. On some days I order falafel, if I am feeling exceptionally hungry.

The Soup Spoon

If you want to understand a culture, taste its soup. There isn’t a country in the world that doesn’t have its own version of this timeless dish.
