Delicious meat alternative made from Finnish oats 🇫🇮 First I thought that this can’t be good but damn it was tasty! It’s bland in itself but absorbes seasoning so well. The texture is very meaty and works well as pulled pork in tacos 🌮 but also in stir fries 🤤
