Ridiculously delicious! These nachos have become a favorite and deliver on presentation, with a beautiful array of colors, the perfect base crunch smothered in explosive flavors of walnut chorizo, cashew cheese, pickled red onions and jalapeños, and topped with a cooling mound of fresh guacamole. Even my SAD eating friends and family love them!
