Love these as a nutritious addition to my diet. Everything from cereal to avocado on toast or salads.
Unique nutty flavour. Only downside is £4 a pack in Sainsbury's (compared to other seeds like flax and chia)
Since introducing my sister to hemp seeds it doesn't last as long in kitchen😤
