I love a lot of items as Black Water Bar, including their fries, burgers, and French dip. Their mac & cheese was okay but could have been a little more creamy and flavorful. It is made with cashew cheese and topped with breadcrumbs and green onions, giving it a subtle Southwest spin.

Looks bomb! I hear from some that Portland is the vegan capital, is that true?
It’s hard to say, but I wouldn’t be surprised! Providence, RI has a vegan scene that majorly impressed me over the summer, but I think Portland may have more vegan places since it’s bigger.
