Delicious roasting vegetables! These pre-cut veggies save a lot of time and they are convenient. Smaller packs also help me to prevent food wastage on my end. I usually prepare roast vegetables with avocado oil, balsamic vinegar and seasoning - I usually add cherry tomatoes and mushrooms too.
