This is made with organic coconut milk! It tastes exactly like cow milk mint chocolate chip ice cream! I don’t know how they do it but it fooled my carnivorous husband!

In 2004, we started making small batches of coconut-milk ice cream for our dairy-free friends and family in Austin. Pretty soon, word got around how creamy it was and before we knew it, complete strangers were showing up on our doorstep with spoons! That’s how NadaMoo began.
