At first I was surprised by the way they were cooking: not browning in the traditional sense, but rather staying red. Then I realized they were spicy and honestly, "amazeballs " is an honest name. We cooked these up in a Red sauce and they served every purpose: meaty, hearty, and a hint of Italian spices.
