While this is probably the healthiest spaghetti I've had, it wasn't very spaghetti like. It doesn't bend easily and is quite chewy. It does taste very neutral though and so it goes well with sauce.

I'm really struggling to find a #glutenfree pasta that has the same consistency as usual pasta... 😕
