🍚 Healthier, non-oily rice with subtle hints of chicken rice spices like ginger. Soft & slightly chewy rice grains, like an in-between of glutinous rice, pearl rice & normal long-grain rice!

🐓 Chewy gluten-based Heura + fresh beancurd sticks as the protein. Don’t expect these to taste like ‘chicken’ though!

🥡 The clear savoury soup was light & flavourful, and the sauce platter really added dimensions to this dish!
