Kaya Island Eats has a lot of dishes that can be made vegan, which is awesome. I tried the vegan version of the Rasta Pasta and didn't really care for the flavor unfortunately, but that could just be a matter of personal taste. It comes with pesto, jerk seasoning, macadamia nuts, and basil.
