Kabocha no Giapp-one —Avaliação do totoro (5 de jan. de 2022)

This is another dish I got at Giapp-one: kabocha 🎃 Kabocha is a type of squash with a sweet flavor, and a very peculiar texture (it is my favorite squash of all time! I think it's almost identical to the Italian Delica, which is also one my favorite).
Here at Giapp-one they stew it with a traditional sauce (soy sauce based).
