This is something I would’ve eventually ordered from their #ecotakeout menu eventually had I not relocated to a place too far for Grab to deliver to 🥲 I thought I wouldn’t have been a fan of this #forthedollar (too kar chor is really not my thing) but I was pleasantly surprised! When the other review for this dish said it was gonna be super vinegary I was bracing myself for much worse 😮‍💨 It’s there but what comes out more is the warmth of the ginger in the #stew 🍲 In it you get 3 chunky bits of #tofu, various mushrooms 🍄, and some fungus 👮‍♂️ The #hericium mushroom bits do give up a bit too much acidity when you bite into them but I found that pressing them against the sides of my plates to drain them before eating them helped 😋 #veganisnotscary #nonasties #supportlocal
