Made by Plant Based Papi, this consisted of a crisp block of iceberg lettuce, amazingly authentic-tasting creamy, tangy, chunky 🐮🥛-free blue cheese dressing, heirloom cherry tomatoes, 🐷-free bacon bits, chopped red onion, fresh chives, and balsamic glaze. It was tasty and refreshing.
