This consisted of crispy and meaty 🐷-free ribs in a flavorful house-made garlic 🐟-free sauce nestled in a banh mi loaf with fermented carrots, house kimchi, fresh cucumbers, cilantro, kimchi aioli and fried shallots. The mix of savory, tangy, creamy, and 🔥 was fantastic. #saveveganrestaurants
