My soul entered that establishment weary and broken, and left whole and satiated. The Kimmi burger was heaven. Crumbed thicc vegan chicken fillet on a bed of kimchi shredded like sauerkraut and topped with this divine miso-mayo cream. Whoever thought of blending miso and vegan Mayo together should get a raise. The vegan chicken fillet had great texture and bite to it. The fries were the thin McDonald’s style type which I don’t care much for, and really could have been seasoned more, but at least I was offered sauce with them. The whole meal was expensive considering the small portion but the taste made parting with that much money a lot easier. The vibe inside the restaurant was really cool, and the staff were friendly and had great chemistry with each other, so that was a plus. No wifi, so you have to put down your phone for a while- luckily the food came out very quickly so minimal waiting time without wifi.
