Summer Rolls (Veg) no Pho Brighton —Avaliação do 🪴🥑🪲 (17 de dez. de 2021)

This is a starter from #pho, but it was surprisingly filling. The vegetables were crunchy and fresh and the vermicelli was a pleasant texture similar to noodles. The satay sauce was also delicious (you can choose from a variety of other dips). I did find the rice paper a bit too chewy and I ended up just eating the fillings, but some people might like the chewiness. I’ve been meaning to eat at Pho for a while as they have quite a lot of vegan options, and I would order this again :)
