Review of 100% Natural Ingredients - Flora by trailrunningman
I don't normally use spreads - just occasionally I like some in mashed potatoes or on jacket potato. The Flora tastes a little salty (I only ever add salt to soups so it could be me) but overall it is good. It says it is rich in Omega 3 which is good, our diets can be okay for Omega 6 but lacking in 3. Made from rapeseed oil and sustainable palm oil. 🌴 #veganisnotscary
