This is a good #lazyvegan find! 😁 I added 2.5 cups of water to this packet, and stir until the pasta is cooked (around 5 minutes). And then I left it for a few minutes to let the sauce thickens.
Texture is nice and juicy. Taste-wise, it has a good amount of coconutty taste (not overpowering) and savoury. And there is no need to add any seasonings for extra flavor as I find it flavorful enough. #veganisnotscary
