I ordered this thinking it would be a nice neutral side to the rest of the star dishes we got, but it ended up stealing the show! 🤩 Best lo mein I’ve ever had. I could taste the fresh ginger and garlic and I loved the firm texture of the noodles. Lo mein can sometimes be over cooked but this tasted fresh and full of flavor!
