These were really easy to prepare— toss in pan with some oil, medium heat, 10-15 minutes, done. While i prefer green falafel as it tends to be more moist, it can be hard to find outside of restaurants. This falafel has a brown exterior but was perfectly satisfying. The only thing that would have made this better would be more falafel in the package.
