I would love to eat here sometime. I went to Plant Matter Bistro on Dundas St in London before it shut down. It was my favourite vegan restaurant I ever when to and was sad it had to go. If Plant Matter Kitchen is anything like Bistro was (and I'm guessing it is similar) I will love the food and drinks they offer.
Tbh with you I never went to Bistro… so I cannot tell you if they are similar. The one thing I can tell you is that Plant Matter Kitchen was GREAT
