Ah cous cous 😍 so nice they named it twice 😅 This instant cous cous is a staple in my kitchen because it fluffs up so well and is so quick to make! It is a perfect side for a veggie stew and in warmer weather I love to have it as salad with cucumber, chickpeas, pitted calamata olives, sundried tomatoes and peppers. I dress it very generously with a freshly squeezed lemon and olive oil 😁 so simple but yummy!
