Another very interesting pasta alternative. You can actually really taste the peas. The consistency was different to normal penne but I don’t mind; I think that being gluten free actually makes me care more about the nutrition rather than taste😀 I made it with cheezy sauce and some veggies. It was a very nice light lunch.
