The dish is really good and will certainly come back to Blu for this. You can have the option of 1 vegetable ($12.80) or 3 vegetables ($29.80). The rice-stuffed vegetables are zucchini, eggplant and tomato. The tomato stew is really good and the rice was well seasoned. I wish the rice is not too overcooked, it was a bit too mushy for my liking but delicious.
The dish is marked as Vegetarian so you might missed it if youre skimming the menu with the vegan sign. It comes with feta which theyd be happy to separate and you can give it to your partner/friend.
