My sweetie doesn’t eat soy, so we picked this up to try. I love the single ingredient panel of only organic pumpkin seeds. 🎃
It has a nice, nutty flavor. The texture is similar to super firm tofu, but more crumbly.
It also comes pre-pressed, which is nice.
While I really enjoyed this, it’s really expensive compared to tofu, so I’ll stick with tofu on the regular, but definitely keep this in rotation.
